The program was unveiled at the hands of Mrs. Santana, Mr. Manash Sen, and the two Sen Brothers who are founder members.
The customer excellence program will help in the guidance to be given to the customers through the customer-centric training programs and seminars, which will enhance the quality of service to next levels for the manufacturing sector in Vacuum Impregnation field. The training program will have the support of excellent infrastructural facilities and will prove to be a treat to the customer services provided by the group and will help in gaining more confidence among the customers.
